Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms cover use of NextGen Orders websites and software (“Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
We provide multi-tenant QR ordering, Kitchen Display, and restaurant management software. Features marked as coming later (for example in-app card / Apple Pay) are not included until we ship them.
Accounts & venues
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials and staff PINs confidential. You are responsible for activity under your venue accounts and for menu/pricing accuracy shown to guests.
Fees & trial
Public offer: NZ$49/month · 0% of food · 60-day free trial · Cancel anytime. Software fees are for the SaaS seat; they are separate from guest payment processing (EFTPOS, Pay by Bank, or future card rails). When Stripe Billing is enabled, trials and renewals may be managed automatically according to the checkout you complete. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period already settled unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, interfere with security, or use the Service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that create risk for diners, venues, or the platform.
Data & privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Order and menu data belongs to the venue; we process it to provide the Service.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Network or third-party outages (including payment partners) can affect ordering. Design your floor process for graceful fallback.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by NZ and Australian consumer law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost orders attributable to venue network failure, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer guarantees.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
